ISSIP 2020 – Third International Symposium on Signal and Image Processing

The third edition of ISSIP, this year in online format, started today. It is an unique international symposium entirely dedicated to the extremely interesting topic of signal processing and imaging.

The aim of this international symposium is to encourage, but also to publish quality scientific research in the field of signal and image processing. In addition, the symposium serves as a platform that gives young researchers the opportunity to present their inventions and innovations in this field.

Issues covered by the symposium include the theory and practice of algorithms and hardware that convert signals produced by artificial or natural means into a form useful for a particular purpose. In this context we understand „signals“ as any form of speech, audio, images, video, sensor data, telemetry, electrocardiograms or seismic data. Possible areas of application include the transmission, display, storage, interpretation, classification, segmentation or diagnosis of a wide variety of materials and data. We are extremely proud that ISSIP 2020 is co-organized by Algebra College and Christ University of Bangalore, India. More about the symposium at https://issip.icrcicn.in
