As 2024 draws to a close, we look back with pride at the achievements of our former participants and ambitious entrepreneurs who are boldly tackling market challenges and inspiring users with their innovative ideas. The latest issue of Lider magazine features these rising stars. Among them are four exceptional talents who were supported by the Algebra LAB startup incubator. These four participants have earned their place on the prestigious 30 under 30 list and demonstrate the importance of this programme in educating the next generation of young entrepreneurs.
Anto Širić – Sportreac
Anto, together with his team, has developed Sportreact, an application that revolutionises the way sports training is analysed and visualised. What began as a university project quickly attracted investors who enabled broader implementation and further project development. Sportreact is a prime example of how ideas born at universities and incubators can develop into successful startups that transform industries. Anto’s journey proves that hard work, knowledge and the right support can lead to global success.
Sebastijan Berisić – Swash
Sebastijan is the inventor of Swash, an innovative mobile car wash service that allows customers to have their car cleaned at their location. His unique approach not only helps customers save valuable time, but also promotes a sustainable and environmentally friendly way of doing business. Swash has quickly established itself in the market and Sebastijan has proven that innovation can be both practical and environmentally friendly.
Zvonimir Kišurek – Daidream
Zvonimir is the co-founder of Daidream, a startup focused on developing innovative mobile applications. His latest project, Tales of Mello, is an educational app for children around the world that creatively combines play with learning. Zvonimir’s story shows that success is not limited to big cities. His work inspires young people, especially those from smaller and less developed regions like Slavonia, to believe in their ideas and take bold steps towards realising their dreams.
Ena Šehić – Rearm
Ena is the co-founder of Rearm, a company specialising in the automation of business processes with the help of AI. Together with her team, she has developed a platform that enables companies to focus on innovation and growth while routine tasks are handled by AI. Ena’s work not only drives technology forward, but also motivates others to take action. She is an example of how innovation can help transform companies and entire industries.
