Today's organizations need leaders who will be able to achieve increasingly complex business goals, using modern technologies and innovative management techniques.
Our MBA study was established under the name of International Graduate Business School (IgBS) in 2003 by the Zagreb Institute of Economics (EIZ), in academic partnership with Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, under the Agreement on Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the United States and the Republic of Croatia. Since then, a total of 119 students across seven generations have attended and successfully completed the International MBA Program at IgBS, proudly joining the Algebra alumni community.
In 2015, Algebra restructured and redefined its study program and its educational and business mission. Today, the e-Leadership MBA program is a fully integrated part of Algebra University College, since May 2016 operating within the new e-Leadership MBA program. This program has received a positive evaluation and accreditation recommendation from the Agency for Science and Higher Education (AZVO).
