Join us at Engineering Management Meetup #6

Broadly speaking, there are two main career paths for engineers: one is to focus on technology and hone technical expertise, and the other is to focus on people and dedicate yourself to leading them.

However, Engineering Managers (EM) often transition from engineers or developers to leadership roles without adequate support, training or role models. Although there are numerous books and other sources of knowledge today, we believe it is very important to build a local community of EMs to share knowledge and best practices among colleagues.

It is for this reason that the EM meetup was launched, as a central place for the engineering community interested in the skills and good practices of leading engineering teams.

The sixth consecutive meetup will be held on the 16th. 11. at 6 p.m. in the Algebra campus, and we will deal with topics related to leading engineering teams: leadership skills, good practices, scientific framework, practical experiences, challenges and solutions,…
