The course aims
This preparatory module is designed to introduce students to the Algebra eLeadership MBA concept and program, and various areas of its setup, delivery and administration such as MBA business culture, rules and regulations, calendar, logistics, infrastructure etc. The objective is also to motivate them to discover, understand, enhance and utilize their own and theirs’ team unique talents and leadership skills by recognizing ethical, social, cultural and environmental values. They will also be able to extend understanding of rational decision-making needed to lead successfully an organization and team through not only starting-up a business project, but also through disruptive transformation, often initiated by digital technology.
