The course aims
Introduce students to problems of project management as one of the basic tools for the adaptation to the requirements of turbulent markets. Students will acquire knowledge about the importance, role and tasks of overall project management and entrepreneurial business system support. They will adopt basic ideas, knowledge, methodology and practice of project management (like certified PMI and IPMA) with the ultimate goal of obtaining key competitive advantages for Croatian companies in the global marketplace. Acquire basic knowledge for the use of project management tools/applications, like MS Project and Oracle Primavera.
