The course aims

The purpose of a professional graduate Final Thesis is to demonstrate student’s proficiency in professional analysis and ability to use a significant number of different sources, professional literature and arguments in the defense of knowledge obtained during its preparation. In order to achieve this objective, students should be able to demonstrate the adoption of the general learning outcomes of the entire study program.

Minimum learning outcomes

  • Evaluate internal structure and operations of companies ranging in size from small to multinational.
  • Evaluate relationships between the organization, market and economic environment and the impact of business decisions on relevant stakeholders inside and outside the company.
  • Compare and apply business tools and techniques in order to solve complex business problems and make important business decisions relying on the knowledge of key business functions (accounting, economics, finance, information systems, marketing, strategic management).
  • Critically review and articulate student’s own views, demonstrating skills in executive management of complex business systems in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Recommend activities related to entering new markets and development of new products and services.
  • Evaluate the best technological solution from the perspective of all stakeholders in complex e-leadership and business management processes.

  • Critically evaluate and articulate student’s own views on the structure and operations of companies ranging in size from small to multinational.
