Silvio Papić is the Head of Department of Computer Networks and regular lecturer at Algebra University College.

He has graduated from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences at the University of Zagreb and currently attends postgraduate study in the field of Information and Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb.
