Robert W. Ridlon is a lecturer at the Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, Department of Business Economics & Public Policy.

Between 2011 and 2014 he was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Kelley School of Business. Previously he was also an Assistant Professor at Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Business (Korea), International Faculty Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Business (USA) and Visiting Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University (China).
His research interests are in the area of Microeconomics, Industrial Organization and Contests. He has published papers and conducted presentations and number of management and marketing courses both at Indiana University, the Xi’an Jiaotong University, MIT Sloan School and the Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Business.
