Scott J. Shackelford is an Assistant Professor of Business Law and Ethics at the Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
He received his JD at the Stanford Law School, and his PhD in International Relations at the University of Cambridge.
Previously he was a Fellow at the Stanford University Hoover Institution, and a Visiting Assistant Professor and Distinguished Fellow at the University of Notre Dame. He is the author of two books and numerous research articles. He is the member of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business.
