  • Objasniti kako operacije povećavaju konkurentnost organizacije i upoznati se s alatima za unapređenje procesa.
  • Procijeniti efektivnost osnovnih koncepata operacija uključujući upravljanje kapacitetom, poboljšanje procesa, organizaciju tijeka rada, donošenje odluka i inovacija unutar operacija i upravljanja opskrbnim lancem.
  • Objasniti ulogu koju tehnologija igra u operacijama i upravljanju opskrbnim lancem.
  • Procijeniti utjecaj okoline na operacije i rizike povezane s operacijskim odlukama.

  • Efektivno primijeniti mapiranje procesa i alata za unapređivanje procesa za povećanje konkurentnosti organizacije.
