Steven Bryant is the Executive Director for the Gayle & Bill Cook Center for Entrepreneurship at Ivy Tech Community College and the Regional Director for the Indiana Small Business Development Center, both headquartered in Bloomington, Indiana, USA.
Mr. Bryant graduated with a BS in Political Science from Indiana University and is in the completion stage of his MBA from Western Governor’s University (WGU Indiana). Mr. Bryant has served as a guest lecturer for Ivy Tech Community College in Entrepreneurship 101 and Entrepreneurial Marketing as well as at Indiana University School of Environmental Affairs in Human Resource Management. Mr. Bryant also developed and launched the Gayle & Bill Cook Center for Entrepreneurship, which entailed development of the academic program, free services to entrepreneurs and community programs to support youth entrepreneurship and innovation.
Mr. Bryant works to assist entrepreneurs with the skills development process necessary to be successful in development, establishment and growth of small businesses. His expertise focuses on processes for organizing ideas, feasibility analysis, business model development and business plan formation. Mr. Bryant works directly with financial institutions and investors to connect to new ventures and focuses on innovative processes and products as part of his roles to assist people developing intellectual property and products.
Mr. Bryant has expertise with life sciences ventures, government relationship management, customer service excellence, education management and not-for-profit management (NGOs).
Mr. Bryant lives in Bloomington, Indiana with his wife, Julie, and enjoys sports, music and exercising.
