Digitalization as a tool for digital transformation of Algebra
Short description: Algebra d.o.o. has been recognized on the market for more than two decades as the first choice when it comes to the offer of education and consulting in IT, which, thanks to its deep knowledge of digital technologies, has expanded to the field of business, financing and project management and marketing. At the same time, Algebra significantly develops its business in the field of IT solutions and systems that increase the competitiveness of Croatian companies.
Transformation and internationalisation of IT studies

Short description: The overall objective of the project was to contribute to strengthening international cooperation in the field of higher education in the Republic of Croatia and to promote the internationalization of Algebra as a higher education institution. A new joint specialist graduate professional study programme in Computing – Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence, conducted in partnership with Epitech, France, has been successfully developed and accredited. In addition, three shorter educational programs in English in the field of computing have been developed and implemented, and additional conversational English language classes have been organized for the purpose of language training of students, teaching and non-teaching staff of Algebra.
Improving the competitiveness of Algebra d.o.o. through ICT
Short description: By applying modern IT solutions, 11 business processes in the areas of human resources management, sales, marketing and e-learning were implemented, resulting with an increase in efficiency as well as an improvement in the level of quality and attractiveness of Algebra services, thus contributing to the long term improvement of the competitiveness and market growth of Algebra.
Building and independent assessment of the internal quality system in higher education
Short description: The project represents an international pilot project with one of the leading European accreditation agencies, the Netherlands – Flemish NVAO, which audited the internal quality assurance system which resulted with positive Institutional audit report, according to which Algebra met all NVAO standards with high grades, with several recommendations for necessary improvements.
