In November 2024, our international office coordinators, Klara Volarić and Rebeka Dajak, visited Paris to explore new opportunities for student and staff mobility in France and to present Algebra University to international partners and students.
During their visit, they held a meeting with BRASSART, a renowned higher education institution specializing in graphic design, 3D animation, and video games. With over 75 years of experience, BRASSART stands out for its excellent programs in animation, VFX, illustration, concept art, web design, and audiovisual content.
In addition, they participated in two international higher education fairs: the International Study Abroad Fair, organized by ECE engineering school and the Study Abroad Fair 2024, hosted by Devinci, a higher education institution that offers programs in management and business, IT, innovation, and technology.
These fairs attracted approximately 1500 students eager to explore mobility opportunities and learn more about Croatia, Algebra University’s academic programs, and its offerings. In addition to Erasmus+ opportunities, students were introduced to the Algebra International Summer School, which will celebrate its 9th edition in the summer of 2025!
Not only did French students get the chance to learn about Algebra, but our coordinators also deepened connections with partners where Algebra students can pursue their own Erasmus+ mobility opportunities.
Paris left a lasting impression as a city full of landmarks, galleries, and opportunities—ideal for both student and professional life.
We look forward to our next visit, hopefully in the spring, right after our International Week, where international partners will have the opportunity to learn more about artificial intelligence in higher education and present their programs to Algebra University students.
Au revoir!
