Industry Certifications

Since the curriculum often covers requirements set by certain industry certifications and which are tested during examinations, Algebra University students will be able to take their exams in an authorized test centre during their studies.

The annual tuition fee includes taking and passing certain industry certification exams in the test centre.

Certifications available to students within the curriculum:

• IT SMF – ITIL Foundation

Please note:

• Knowledge required for obtaining certain industry certifications is available through the study programme curriculum while additionally requiring significant independent work during the preparation for industry certification exams.
• As a rule, a student takes a certification exam in a particular area after successfully passing the appropriate exams at the end of all modules related to the subject industry certification exam, as well as after meeting the necessary requirements for taking industry certification exams published in the current List of Available Industry Certifications.
• Students are entitled to one free attempt for each certification exam available to them in accordance with the valid List of Available Industry Certifications for the current academic year, under the condition they have met the requirements for taking the exam prescribed in the List of Available Industry Certifications.
• Particular industry certifications are available only if the necessary elective modules are chosen.
