In accordance with the Decision of the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth, we hereby invite students of the Aspira University of Applied Sciences to pre-register for enrolment at the Algebra Bernays University according to the instructions and admissions conditions listed here. For each student, we will create an individual proposal for continuing their studies in accordance with the general admission requirements published here, the courses passed so far, and their interests in continuing their studies. The determination of differential exams (courses) will be carried out at the level of comparing the exams passed with the learning outcomes of the study programme delivered by Algebra Bernays University in which the student wants to enrol.
Students in the undergraduate study of Computer Engineering
Algebra Bernays University enables students of all years of the professional undergraduate study program in Computer Engineering at Aspira University of Applied Sciences to continue their studies in the university bachelor study programme in Software Engineering at Algebra Bernays University .
Students in other undergraduate studies
In the event that students of other undergraduate or graduate studies at Aspira University of Applied Sciences are considering transferring to a study programme, they can do so by choosing a study programme at Algebra Bernays University and procedure for evaluating and recognizing prior learning will be applied in accordance with the general acts of Algebra Bernays University .
GENERAL REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
All students of the Aspira University of Applied Sciences have the right to apply to study.
Pre-registration for undergraduate studies at Algebra Bernays University can be made by students who have:
- completed a four-year high school in Croatia and passed the mandatory State Matura exams,
- completed secondary education abroad and completed the procedure for recognizing foreign educational qualifications with the Agency for Science and Higher Education.
The requirement of having passed the mandatory State Matura exams applies to students who completed high school in Croatia after 2010 and enrolled in the Aspira University of Applied Sciences starting and including the academic year 2023/2024.
The requirement of having passed the State Matura Exam does not apply to students who have:
- completed a four-year high school before 2010,
- have completed a four-year high school and enrolled in studies at the Aspira University of Applied Sciences starting before 2023/2024,
- completed secondary education abroad,
- enrol in a professional short cycle course at Algebra Bernays University.
Pre-registration for the professional short study programme in Internet Marketing can be made by:
- students who are enrolled in the Aspira University of Applied Sciences and who have completed a three-year, four-year or five-year high school in Croatia.
- students who completed secondary education abroad and completed the procedure for recognizing foreign educational qualifications at the Agency for Science and Higher Education.
Enrolment in study programmes conducted online
All candidates enrolling in online studies should have a basic level of computer skills (knowledge of the operating system, internet browser and basic use of basic IT tools). They should have a computer or another device (e.g. tablet) with an installed operating system and web browser and with the necessary software patches (e.g. Java) installed, which must be connected to an internet speed of at least 1 Mbps (a permanent connection to the internet is not necessary, it is possible to connect via mobile or fixed network and wireless).

In accordance with the unique Decision on tuition fees of Algebra Bernays University, international students from Aspira University of Applies Sciences can enrol to study at Algebra Bernays University based on the following tuition fee structure:
