Tomislav Dominković, CEO of Algebra Bernays University, graduated and earned his master?s degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb. He also completed a postgraduate program in business management and, alongside Mislav Balković and Hrvoje Josip Balen, is one of the three founding members of the institution now known as Algebra Bernays University. After a decade in education, his dedication was recognized in 2007 when he was named Young Manager of the Year by CROMA. From 2011 to 2014, he served on Microsoft?s advisory council for education strategy, and in 2014, Algebra was named Microsoft?s Global Learning Partner of the Year. That same year, representing Algebra as a founding member, he co-founded the international association Leading Learning Partners Association, which has since grown into the largest training centre network with over 30 members in more than 50 countries. Dominković remains a board member of the association. Under his leadership, Algebra won the Golden Kuna Award for entrepreneurship in 2019, largely due to the Algebra LAB project - the first entrepreneurship incubator in Zagreb. In 2020, the global consultancy EY recognized the entrepreneurial success of Algebra?s founders, selecting Dominković, Balković, and Balen as Croatia?s Entrepreneurs of the Year. His professional focus lies in strategy and management, especially in finance, lifelong education, digital learning, and strategic educational projects.
