Iva Gašpar holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb. Following her graduation, she began her professional career within the business system of Algebra University, where she currently serves as both a lecturer and coordinator in the Office for Teaching Support. Her work includes participation in numerous projects aimed at improving the internal quality assurance system in higher education institutions. In addition, she has published several papers in the field of social sciences, with a particular focus on communication sciences.
