Božica Radoš graduated in 1998 and received her master's degree in 2007 at the Faculty of Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb. In 2004, she passed the state professional exam for a teacher, and in 2006, the state professional exam at Croatian Railways. In 2016, she received her doctorate at Educons University in the field of management and business. In 2019, she received her doctorate in technical sciences at the Faculty of Transport Sciences. Since 2007, the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia has been actively participating in the working bodies on the harmonization and development of the legislative basis for the transport of dangerous substances. For many years, she worked in education as a professor advisor, and since 2010 she has been running her own project office. In her career so far, she has worked on and successfully completed over 50 projects related to rail/road transport in all stages of development. She participated in and produced a large number of development studies, projects, feasibility studies and multi-criteria analyzes in the country and abroad. He is currently working on projects outside the Republic of Croatia as a key expert of the European Union. She is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Traffic and Transport Technology Engineers, and an active certified engineer in the field of railway transport since 2011. He actively speaks English, German and Slovenian.
