Mirna Šeb graduated in Pedagogy from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb in 2016. After graduating, she was employed as a pedagogical expert in Croatian primary and secondary schools. Since 2020, she has been employed at Algebra University as a coordinator for the development of educational content, focusing on content development for the Algebra Junior segment, workshops for the digital academy targeting primary school students, as well as programmes for adult education. In 2023, Mirna became leader of the team for the development of educational content within the Sector for the Quality and Development of Adult Education. Her team is responsible for developing occupational standards, qualification standards, microcredentials and partial qualifications, as well as designing education programmes for adults, along with all instructional materials for lecturers and learners. She also participates in the University's work as an andragogical leader, a member of the Quality Committee and a member of the Internal Assessment Committee.
