Assist. Prof. Danijel Knežević, Ph.D., was born in Odžak in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He completed postgraduate university (doctoral) studies in Economics and Business Economics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb. His scientific and research work covers the wider field of economics and business economics. He published over 10 scientific and professional papers, mentored over 30 final theses (professional and specialist), and wrote journalistic articles for professional magazines. He was a lecturer and vice dean for teaching at the European Business School Zagreb. Before that, he held the positions of quality manager and head of specialist study programs at the same institution. He participated for several years in the organizations of scientific and professional conferences in the role of president or vice president of the organizing committee. He is the organizer of the international scientific and professional conference "Continental Croatia: historical context, current affairs and future perspectives".
