Antun Palanović completed his graduate studies in psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb in 2018, and received his doctorate in 2023 on the topic "Procedural knowledge in leading people as a determinant of managerial success" within the project "Implicit personality, decision-making and leadership in organizations", funded by the Croatian Science Foundation. His research interests are related to individual differences in the context of work behavior, primarily in the context of the characteristics and competencies of organizational leaders and the development of leadership assessment methods. His scientific papers are published in internationally peer-reviewed journals, and he presented the results of his research at a number of national and international scientific conferences.
