Katarina Beštak, born in 1995, completed her master’s degree in phonetics and information sciences at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb, and she started her business experience during her studies. Working for a humanitarian organization, she trained and educated new team members and worked on the promotion and presentation of the organization. During her work, she was actively educating through formal and informal education and working on personal development. She started her work in the field of education at a small university as a teaching coordinator. She continued her journey in Algebra University, where she works in the Registration Office. She helps young people choose a career in the field of economics and provides support to young people in their development and the realization of their wishes and dreams.
