Adrijana Prugovečki was born in Karlovac, Croatia. She graduated in 2020 with her MA in Production of Audiovisual and Multimedia Projects from Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb. During her studies, she was awarded with two Rector's Awards, in 2015 and 2016. In addition to formal education, she participated in programs such as Talents Sarajevo, School of Media Culture „Dr. Ante Peterlić“, International Documentary Film Workshop in Ljubljana, and various international projects primarily focused on youth training, project writing and management, and international cooperation. She worked on various Film Festivals and events where she had the opportunity to perfect her organizational skills (Nordic Youth Film Festival in Tromso, Zagreb Design Week, Four River Film Festival in Karlovac, Brač Film festival, Youth photo Days…). As an associate, she worked with Croatian Film Association mostly on educational projects (Film Workshops for Children and Youth in Kraljevica, Media Literacy School "Dr. Ante Peterlić", Croatian Children's Film Festival). Until 2022 she was a COO in production company Izvan fokusa d.o.o. As a producer she works on various projects, mostly films (fiction and documentaries), TV series and TV commercials. She is experienced in different forms of commercial projects, live streaming and digital video forms. Currently she works as Teacher Assistant in Department of Production on Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb and freelances on various projects. She founded production company Woodz production d.o.o. in October 2022.
