On the 18 January 2025, an interactive and insightful workshop on Public Speaking was held in partnership with AIESEC in Zagreb and Algebra Bernays University. The event was led by Lyubomir Sirakov, our exchange student from Bulgaria and an AIESEC member, as the main speaker.
The event aimed to equip participants with practical skills to overcome their fear of public speaking and enhance their communication abilities.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Branimir Jurić as our guest lecturer. He shared invaluable insights on handling spontaneous speaking, answering common interview questions effectively, and overcoming the fear of public speaking and many more. His practical approach and engaging delivery provided participants with essential tools to communicate more confidently.
Beyond theoretical insights, the workshop featured a series of engaging games and challenges that encouraged participants to apply their skills in a supportive and fun environment. These activities demonstrated that public speaking, rather than being intimidating, can be an enjoyable and empowering experience.
The workshop was a great success, with enthusiastic participation and positive feedback from attendees. We hope that everyone left feeling more confident in their speaking abilities.
