Module overview:
The objective of this module is to enable students to:
• further their knowledge of administration of open source operating systems
• learn about security and more advanced configuration of storage and network-related service
Studnets learn the practical aspects of administration of open source operating systems in more complex scenarios and how to use all of the available services and security systems to create an open source-based environment that's usable, yet secure.
It is essential for students to take this module as it will enable them to learn more advanced aspects of administration of open source operating systems, which is very important for their future job prospects as system engineers.
