Career - Studying
Module overview:
This module is the first career module and it’s vital to support students studyies. The objectives of the module is to enable students to:
• Understand the demands of studying at the university and the role of students in society
• Explore and master learning and time management methods and techniques
• Reduce stress by nullifying any unknowns they might face and to motivate them to
study efficiently
• in combination with other career vertical modules, prepare for a career and life after completion of their studies and obtain skills and knowledge (soft skills) essential in making them successful team and community members
This module prepares students to study within the context of a university: the meaning of specific rules, expectations of teachers, different obligations in the modules, interpersonal relationship development as well as the duties and benefits belonging to academic community and the university. Also, this module tries to revive interest for independent research and exploration.
This module helps students to be successful in their role as students, to find optimal way of studying and time management. Module will expose students to different techniques to reduce stress and growing good habits through practical task and project. This module will give the foundation for later marketing career and both professional and private aspects of life.
