The goals of this course are to enable students to acquire knowledge about:
basic principles and theories of organizational design
analysis of different organizational structure models and their application
understanding the impact of organizational culture and processes on organizational effectiveness
The Designing Organization course provides students with an insight into the theory and practice of structuring and managing organizations. The course focuses on different approaches to organization design, including traditional and contemporary models. Students will learn about key aspects of organizational design such as organizational structure, culture, processes, and how these elements affect the efficiency and flexibility of organizations. The course also explores how technological innovation and globalization affect organizational design.
It is important for students to take this course to better understand how organizations are structured and how their changes are managed and the complexity of modern business environments. The course represents a further development of the managerial vertical, i.e. it is intended for the further development of competences in the specified area. Attending this course is essential for students who wish to develop careers in management, consulting or entrepreneurship. This course offers the tools and knowledge needed to develop efficient and innovative organizational solutions, which is necessary in the dynamic business world.
Students will learn about:

external and internal factors of the organization
shaping the organizational structure
organization of breakdown and grouping of tasks
organization of management and management
the importance of the term plan in the organization of the time sequence of jobs
changes and change management in the organization
the importance of organizational culture in formal and informal form
conflicts in the organization and their resolution
