Module overview:


The objective of the course is to empower students with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect Operational Technologies (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS). The course will focus on understanding the specific security challenges and threats that arise in industrial and manufacturing environments, as well as applying best practices and standards to protect OT environments from cyber-attacks and other security risks.
In this module students will learn:
the basic principles of OT and ICS systems.
to identify specific security challenges in industrial environments.
the application of best practices and standards for OT security.
to develop strategies for protecting industrial control systems.
to recognize and respond to cyber threats in the OT environment.
the implementation of measures to prevent and mitigate security risks.
