Module overview:
The course aims to enable students to acquire advanced knowledge of methods for achieving high availability and fault tolerance, as well as knowledge about configuring high availability and fault tolerance in various infrastructure services. Focusing on the capabilities of operating systems such as Microsoft Windows Server and the application of various services and applications, the course aims to ensure continuous functionality of services within enterprises, even in case of failures in hardware or software components.
In this module students will learn:
advanced methods for achieving high availability in ICT systems.
configuration of high availability in various infrastructure services.
understanding and applying fault tolerance in ICT systems.
utilization of operating systems to achieve greater availability.
application of services and applications to ensure continuous operation of infrastructure.
strategies of redundancy and backup to minimize the risk of failures.
analysis and problem-solving related to high availability.
