Module title:
Digital illustration 2
Module overview:
The objective of this module is to enable students to:
• gain knowledge and skills to create digital vector and raster illustrations
• master a set of certain graphic/art methods and skills for vector and raster digital process
This module will encourage students to use their advanced illustrations more frequently in their design work throughout the program and later in their professional careers. This module is work-based and provides students an opportunity to develop their drawing skills in digital media. This module is optional to further enhance students to acquire advanced digital vector skills.
Students need to take this module to learn advanced tools and methods used to create digital vector illustrations in vector software and digital raster illustrations in raster software. This module could help students expand their designing skills for the market communication industry. Students will gain confidence in the ability to create and illustrate their ideas, as well in this module students will use set of illustrating skills related to vector and raster illustrations.
