Module title:
Digital projects development and team management
Module overview:
The objectives of this module is to enable students to:
• manage all available resources that include personnel, time, finance, and space through the life cycle of a digital project
• recognize risks and obstacles in the project and address them
This module teaches students about the theoretical and practical foundation of digital project development and team management. It is an optional module taught in the final year of this study programme. Students use specific tools through various project management methodologies and recognize opportunities for automation of development processes.
Students who choose this module will learn to be efficient and how to achieve the maximum effects with the available resources. The knowledge students acquire in this module will contribute to the overall skillset for their future employment as digital marketing specialists. This module will expose students to a particular experience when dealing with real life projects in a practical way, both individually and in teams.
