Module title:
Organization of video pre-production process
Module overview:
The aim of this course is to introduce students to organizational and production skills in video projects, as well as tools used for the implementation of audio-video content. Additionally, this course includes various tools applied in digital media in the initial phase of project production.
The course assessment is based on the analysis and critical review of assigned examples during exams, group student projects, and individualized homework assignments. The course is taught through theoretical and practical lessons related to projects and implementations in other courses, focusing on learning through the development of a project from idea to realization.
The purpose of the course is to prepare students for other courses using techniques and principles of organizational and production skills.
In this course students will learn:
basic concepts in AV production and digital media
phases of project development and realization
parts of the production team, roles, sectors, work methods, and collaboration
organization and coordination within team production
types, analysis, and application of written creative projects
creating and preparing projects from various literary templates or developing other forms of creative ideas and texts into financial, operational plans, and other production segments
using tools to define, organize, and implement production in its financial and operational aspects
applying organizational and operational skills
legal and safety aspects of production
hands-on experience/practical and fieldwork
building on acquired knowledge.
