Lecturers and associates:

Module overview:

The objective of this course is to enable students to learn to:
analyse different methodologies, concepts and structures of project management
know how to initiate, plan and manage projects using appropriate project management software.

Students learn to recognize different project roles and responsibilities, and the value of methodology and organization of work as a project with a special emphasis on digital marketing. This course provides students with the necessary tools to plan and execute future projects. They will also get acquainted with the process of developing ideas, their conceptualization and implementation, will learn how to effectively communicate and present their ideas, and how to deal with challenges in working with clients. Special emphasis will be placed on product development through a defined process, from the idea to the final product.

As part of the course, each student will individually work on the development of branding for different projects in different industries. This process will include three key steps in which students will have the opportunity to present their results. The first step involves the development of visual identity guidelines, including Personality Slider and Ally/Enemy concepts, and the determination of two possible directions of development. The second step involves creating a Moodboard with two suggestions for the chosen direction of development and the development of 2-3 personas. The final step is the presentation of the final product, which represents the culmination of the entire development process.

The aim of this course is for students to gain the experience and knowledge necessary for successful creation and development of brands and products through practical work, preparing them for real challenges in the world of digital production and design.
In this course students will learn:
consider the value of methodology and organization of work as a project
identification of different project roles and responsibilities
defining different aspects of the project
development and maintenance of the corresponding project plan
proactive identification and management of coverage, objects, risks and communication
identification of the appropriate level of required quality and quality management up to that level
