Module overview:


This course introduces students to the essence of leadership in modern business with an emphasis on the technological environment. Focusing on the interaction between technological innovation and human resources management, the course explores the key concepts, tools and leadership strategies applied in today´s technological environment. The course analyzes the impact of technological innovations and disruptions on traditional models of leadership and management, and investigates how the development of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, blockchain , robotics, automation and other directions of technological development is reflected on the organization of work, decision-making processes and team dynamics.

Through interactive lectures, case studies and exercises, students will develop the skills needed to successfully lead teams and organizations in a technologically challenging environment. The course will also explore the ethical and social challenges arising from technological advances, including issues of data privacy, information security, equality of access to technology, and responsibility in the use of artificial intelligence.

At the end of the course, students will be trained to recognize and exploit opportunities in the technological environment, lead teams and participate in the work of organizations that are agile, innovative and ready for the challenges of technological development in the modern business environment.
In this module students will learn:
