Module title:
3D motion Graphics
Lecturers and associates:
Module overview:
This module familiarizes the students with general keyframe animation techniques, animation curve editing and animation tracks manipulation. It provides strong foundation for procedural animation of objects, materials and other animatable parameters in a 3D modelling program. This module is focused on using industry standard tools to create motion design animations that can be used on their own or as a part of a larger project.
Students need to take this course to learn the methodology, processes, and reasoning behind creating motion design animations and to gain understanding of how animation systems designed for this purpose work. Students will learn how to analyse and break down ideas into workable set of actions that will enable recreation of these idea in 3D modelling program. The knowledge and skills presented in this module are a part of the core skill set a professional needs in today’s computer graphics industry.
