The fourth in a series of workshops intended for students of all study programmes, specialisations and years of studies, organised by the Student Support Centre. The workshop will be held on the topic of stress prevention and take place on Friday, 14 June 2024, starting at 10:00 AM in the Steve Jobs hall on floor A in English, and on the same day at 3:00 PM in lecture hall D4 – Eduard S. Penkala (2nd floor) in Croatian.

Building psychological resilience: developing resilience to stress through practical exercises and techniques.

Connecting with others: the importance of social support and how to build strong, supportive relationships.
