Overview of transistor Spice models.
Midterm exam.
Calibration of transistor Spice models; Tunning and optimization of Spice models.
DC simulation.
Transient and AC simulation.
Tuning and circuit optimization.
Physical implementation of electronic circuits.
Circuit evaluation by DC and AC mesurements; Comparison between simulations and measurements.
Final exam.
