Head of Professional Bachelor Study Programme Market Communication Design and Professional Master Study Programme Creative Market Communications Management, Siniša Bogdanović, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, and lecturer from the Department of Digital Art, Mario Perić, M.Sc., participated in the Erasmus+ teaching and training programme in June 2022.
Combined mobility for teaching and training was carried out at the partner institution Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.Out teachers exchange to Hanze University Groningen is something we experienced for the first time. It is very warm and welcoming, yet the professors and students were professional and cooperative.
Hanze University of Applied Sciences is a large, comprehensive university of applied sciences that has been educating skilled and committed professionals for over two centuries. That is one of the reasons this partner institution is attractive to Algebra students, who often choose Hanze and the Netherlands as a destination for their Erasmus+ study mobility.
The study programme Communication & Multimedia Design offers numerous challenging courses for its students. We had a great experience with students from Hanze who were very cooperative, and it was a pleasure to work with them.
The main purpose of the visit to Hanze was a lecture at the Visual Communication Design (UX / UI design) workshop, and to set the foundations for the organization of a new international competition The International Creative Design Challenge (icdchallenge.com) in which Algebra is an organizational partner.
The city of Groningen is beautiful with a mild climate and very appealing scenery which led us to believe that everything is where it should be. We look forward to visiting Hanze soon for our international creative design challenge ICDC, which gives students the opportunity to test their design skills and knowledge in an international competition.
