Katarina Bule began her digital career long before the emergence of social networks and mobile applications in Novena studio, one of the first digital agencies in Croatia.

She spent the majority of her professional career in Vipnet leading digital projects of strategic importance and implementing over 150 digital marketing campaigns and developing a team of people with whom she achieved highly challenging digital goals. The highlights of her telecom career are in particular related to record results in online sales as well as achievements in the field of social networks related to successful integration of social networks into existing channels of communication with end users and demanding internal processes.

She is currently working as a Senior Digital & Social Media Manager at Molson Coors Europe. She is responsible for defining the overall digital strategy of Molson Coors Europe, development of digital marketing and optimal positioning of brands on various social networks and digital platforms. She is relishing a challenge of digital transformation of beer brands on 10 European markets through processes, modes of operation and digital innovation.
