Robert Kopal, Ph.D., Research Associate and Assistant Professor; tenured University College Professor; Lecturer and Visiting Lecturer at numerous University Colleges in Croatia and abroad, and at CROMA EduCare program (Croatian Manager Association); R&D Advisor to IN2 Group Board of Directors/Science Advisor; former Chief Intelligence Analyst at the Croatian Ministry of the Interior and former Senior Manager at the Croatian Security Intelligence Agency; published ten books in Croatia and abroad (Economic Analysis of International Terrorism, Game Theory, Competitive Analysis Techniques, etc; author of a number of chapters in books and of about fifty professional and science papers in Croatia and abroad; headed, and lectured at over a hundred business and analytical workshops in Croatia and abroad, trained specialists from 11 countries; designed several specialized information systems; certified intelligence analysis trainer in the field of analytical techniques and SW; Member of SCIP (Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals), IALEIA (International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts) i BDVA (Big Data Value Association); Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Digital Technology and Economy and the member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Economics & Management Sciences; speaker at numerous domestic and foreign conferences; participant and head of over a dozen national and international analytical projects, Head of PIU & Key Expert: "CARDS Twinning project: "Criminal Intelligence System", Phase 1&2", PLO at UNODC project "Strengthening of Capacities for Collection and Analysis of Criminal Intelligence in South-eastern Europe", etc.; member of the National HR Development Council; member of the national team for the European Big Data Hackathon 2017.
