Course overview
Cilj je ovog modula omogućiti studentima da:
- steknu znanja osnovne administracije Microsoft Windows Server operacijskih sustava,
- prošire osnovnu administraciju koristeći se uslužnim programima naredbenog retka za upravljanje serverom u operacijskom sustavu Microsoft Windows Server.
Studenti usvajaju kako praktično pirstupiti administraciji Microsoft Windows Server operacijskog sustava te kako se korisiti svim dostupnim GUI uslužnim programima i uslužnim programima naredbenog retka za rješavanje jednostavnih i djelomično složenih problema u okruženjima Microsoft Windows Servera.
Studentima je važno pohađati ovaj modul kako bi naučili administrirati Microsoft Windows Serverom, što je važno za njihove izglede na tržištu rada. Studenti će steći znanja koja će ih pripremiti za buduće module zahtjevnije u pogledu tema koje pokrivaju i okruženja kojim se upravlja.

Minimal learning outcomes
- Justify the basic capabilities of the server operating system (permissions, disk and partition types, command line commands ...).
- Evaluate objects related to Active Directory (permissions, domains, forest, groups, users, computers, roles ...).
- Support environment administration capabilities by using group policies and settings that can be implemented through group policies.
- Support the implementation and configuration of IPv4 and IPv6 networks in the server operating system, using fixed or dynamic address assignment (DNS, DHCP)
- Recommend the implementation and use of the Network Address Management System (IPAM).
- Evaluate technologies for remote access and connection to remote locations.
- Assess implementation of advanced networking capabilities of operating systems based on Microsoft technologies.
