Course overview

The objective of this module is to enable students to adopt the methodology and skills necessary for planning, building, testing and implementation of information systems.

Student learn:
• the terms and concepts of resource requirements analysis, availability, capacity and scalability prediction and risk management in the implementation of information system.
• the skills to create a timetable and monitor the execution of the project
• the integration with other systems with an emphasis on system parameterization a
• the preparation of the test/staging environment for the system implementation.
• the preparation of different kinds of user documentation and documentation for maintenance
• project success evaluation through certification and customer satisfaction surveys.

It is important for students to take this module in order to understand the process of implementation of information systems and their part in it as an IT specialist.
