Students learn to:
• Prepare It infrastructure for implementation of IP telephony
• Implement server and client-side of a functional IP telephony solution
• Configure, modify and improve complex IP telephony implementation
• Secure a functional IP telephony system
• Troubleshoot IP telephony solution
This is the only module on the programme of study that deals with IP telephony technologies. Students need to take this module because the knowledge and skills acquired in this module are of practical use to students in the labor market.
