Zlatan Morić, Head of the cyber security department at our University, gave a very interesting and informative presentation at the Social Media Summit in Sarajevo last week.
Social Media Summit is a large regional event that gathers leaders, influencers and all those who work for and on social networks. It is a place where answers are sought to various questions related to the impact of social media on users, but also on the business and wider community.
We all know that today social networks are the dominant force in the creation and distribution of information, and the main channel for interaction, communication and commercial marketing. The rise of social media is dizzying, continues to grow and is almost fundamentally changing the world in which we live. All this, along with many advantages, also brings numerous challenges, threats, and even real problems that affect business or the quality of our lives.
Zlatan Morić at Sarajevo event spoke about this very topic, about the threats we face in the cyber world. His very informative and instructive lecture summarized all the most important problems related to cyber security and showed once again that our, Algebra experts are increasingly recognized as real interlocutors for numerous topics arising from the application of new technologies.
