Algebra student Kristian Dizdar, as a part of DIHUB project, develops cloud solution for cyber security

[DIHUB] Many companies have shifted to work from home due to the pandemic and concerns about the health of their employees. Businesses, and even schools, are turning to platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google hangouts to stay connected and maintain high productivity. We have enough tools, but when a lot of confidential information is exchanged in virtual environment, the question arises - how secure are such collaboration systems?

According to a recent study, annual global spending stemming from cybercrime is expected to rise to $ 6 trillion by 2021. In defense against these threats, companies will spend $ 1 trillion on cyber security technologies. In addition, taking notes from a meeting can be challenging, especially when it comes to meeting with a large number of participants speaking different language variants. Therefore, a cloud solution for collaboration systems that will guarantee the security of meetings, but also accurate record keeping, is really essential.

Algebra student Kristian Dizdar is working on just such a solution - he is developing a full cloud collaboration system for a large number of users that will guarantee the security and easier availability of all recorded materials and documents. The goal of the system is to provide business users and educational institutions with a secure online environment. Read more about this interesting DIHUB project at: https://dihubcloud.eu/
