
Uvod
Kroz ovaj petodnevni praktični seminar polaznici će dobiti napredna znanja i vještine za konfiguriranje i održavanje visoko dostupne i skalabilne virtualne infrastrukture. Kroz kombinaciju predavanja i praktičnih vježbi polaznici će konfigurirati i optimizirati VMware vSphere® 6.7 značajke s kojima će stvoriti temelj za skalabilnu infrastrukturu, te će diskutirati o tome gdje i kada te značajke ima najviše smisla iskoristiti. Polaznici koji će pohađati ovaj seminar produbit će svoje znanje i razumijevanje vSphere okruženja te kako napredne značajke tog okruženja mogu pogodovati poslovanju organizacije.
Ovaj seminar namijenjen je iskusnim IT administratorima, inženjerima i integratorima. Dodatno, seminar služi i kao priprema za certifikacijski ispit 2V0-621, koji je jedan od preduvjeta za stjecanje certifikata VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV).
Preduvjeti
Za uspješno pohađanje ovog seminara, od polaznika se očekuju predznanja:
- Poznavanje gradiva koje se obrađuje u seminaru VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V6.5]
- ESXi i vCenter Server – odgovarajuće predznanje i iskustvo u administraciji
- Preporučeno je imati iskustvo s CLI okruženjem (eng. command line interface)
Cilj
Po završetku seminara, polaznici će znati:
- Konfigurirati i upravljati VMware ESXi™ mrežom i pohranom za velike i sofisticirane enterprise organizacije
- Koristiti VMware vSphere® Client™, VMware vSphere® Web Client i VMware vSphere® ESXi™ Shell za upravljanje s vSphere
- Optimizirati performanse svih vSphere komponenti
- Koristiti VMware vRealize® Log Insight™ za nadziranje sistemskih logova
- Implementirati VMware vCenter® Server Appliance™ tako da bude visoko dostupno i optimizirano
- Migrirati Windows vCenter Server sustav na vCenter Server Appliance 6.5
- Učvrstiti vSphere okruženje protiv sigurnosnih prijetnji
- Enkriptirati virtualne mašine za dodatnu sigurnost
